picture folder missing on snipping tool

when i open snipping tool in windows 11 it says picture folder is missing exact message is "Can't find Pictures Folder " (For Help, Contact your admin or support person)

I also have this problem, after archiving & deleting some folders in My Documents/Pictures. I've tried recreating a "screenshots" folder without success. Did you ever find a solution?

I had problems with mine some time ago so i deleted it & got a new one from the MS Store & worked great evrr since !

Go into the settings and turn off Automatically save screenshots

That got rid of the problem with your suggestion. Thank You. However, are we just 'masking' a problem or is it a bug in the app?
