Hello, and welcome to the forum. I notice you are using remote desktop. Disconnect remote desktop and directly connect both machines to a monitor. Does this problem still occur in either machine then? If so restart both systems. In other words, break it down to which system is causing the problem without using remote desktop.

If the problem is still there and is ONLY in title bars, in the problematic system try using Wintools System Font Changer. WinTools.Info - Download Center
Download the one marked 'Advanced System Font Changer" This is a portable app with no installation. Drag the icon size slider for 'title bar' to a smaller size and then apply. Log out and then log back in. Does this make any difference in title bar font size?

Thanks, Sir_George. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I am not sure why is this happening.

Hi glasskuter, and thanks for the response. I apologize, but I mislead you guys with the screen shot, it is not the computer that I am remoting to, it is the one that I am remoting from, and the About Windows pic is from the one I am initiating the connection. It does happen only in my 22H2, but not in my other Win11 (21H2). I will try the WintTools.

Coincidently, when I upgraded to 22H2 I experienced a problem with my monitor display. I tried all the logical solutions and nothing solved the problem. I have since rolled back to the prior version and will wait awhile before installing the update.

You may want to try searching for any updated drivers for your monitor and see if one is available, which may or may not correct the problem.

I was about to post about that. I just updated my graphics drivers and rebooted. It is back to normal. Thanks for the follow up!

Hi, I encountered a similar issue with a PC running Win 11 22H2 (22621.1413).
The window title bar text size suddenly became bigger in File Explorer and some other applications.
The solution proposed here fixed the problem : How to Change Text Size for Title Bars in Windows 10
(I used the file Title_bars_default_text_size-9.reg)

I'm having the same issue as @jbress mentioned above. I ran the same registry file, however, it also didn't fully fix my problem. The issue came back after a few restarts. I have attached a screenshot below of what I am experiecing with the titlebar. Maybe it is a new Windows 11 design change. However, it is only appearing in some apps.

I had this now and then when I was using StartAllBack versions higher than 3.6.2. (3.6.3 - 3.6.5)
Installing the 3.6.2 version made the problem undone again...
So if you are using StartAllback, install an older version and look if that helps.
If you can't find an older version: there are sites where you can download older versions.
Or I could send it to you. (I still have installation files versions 3.6.1 and 3.6.2 on my system).

That was the reason why I have changed to another program for managing the taskbar.
If it would be a reproducable error it would be no problem (then I could report it to the maker), but this error happens just suddenly, without knowing what the reason was. But every few hours it happened! Restarting the PC was a temporarely solution, but that's not what I want to do as normal use.
