Hi everyone,
I’m posting again with the diagnostic files recommended by the forum because I really need help finding the root cause of a persistent stability problem.
My system is:
I have been experiencing Access Violation (0xC0000005) errors, application/game crashes, freezes and BSODs for quite some time.
Games such as Dota 2 and World of Warcraft sometimes simply crash to desktop. However, in other cases the entire system freezes, the audio becomes robotic, and Windows eventually crashes with a BSOD.
One of my recent dumps showed:
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (0x3B)
Exception code: 0xC0000005 (Access Violation)
The crash occurred in the Windows kernel scheduler, and it did not point directly to a specific third-party driver.
I have already updated the BIOS and tried different driver versions, but the problem has continued. Recently it has become significantly worse. The laptop can now sometimes BSOD even when it is simply powered on and not under significant load. At this point, the system is becoming practically unusable.
Because the crashes occur in different situations and are not limited to a particular game or driver version, I am concerned that there may be an underlying hardware/platform stability problem, possibly involving the CPU, memory controller, RAM, motherboard/VRM, or CPU degradation.
I am aware of the Intel 13th/14th-generation instability situation, although I also understand that Intel has officially stated that the confirmed Vmin Shift issue does not apply to mobile HX processors. I am therefore not assuming that this is definitely the cause. I simply want to determine whether there is an underlying hardware instability or another problem causing these crashes.
I have followed the forum's BSOD posting instructions and collected the diagnostic information.

I would really appreciate it if someone experienced with WinDbg, BSOD analysis, or hardware-related instability could look through these files and help me understand what is actually happening.
I unfortunately don't currently have reliable access to professional technical support or a repair service where I am located, so I need to diagnose this myself. I am willing to run whatever tests are necessary and provide any additional information or logs you need.
Please help me figure out whether this is a software/driver problem, RAM/memory-controller issue, CPU instability/degradation, motherboard/VRM problem, or something else. I really don't know where the problem is coming from anymore.
Thank you very much for taking the time to look into this.
