Hi, first these are my specs
windows 11
Ryzen 3 4100
MSI B550m pro vdh wifi
XPG d35g 2x8 gb
adata legend 512gb
MSI RTX 3060 Ventus 12gb
corsair cv650w 80+b
I bought this PC on December 14, and since I have used the PC, I have had problems with the wireless internet on the PC. I have installed the drivers that come on the motherboard disk, I have not wanted to install the most recent drivers that are on the official MSI website, for fear that the problem will get bigger, at the moment I am connected by ethernet and Likewise, the PC works normally, but there comes a point when you hear a typical Windows sound and the network and Bluetooth go down and the drivers do not have any yellow triangle or something similar, only the Bluetooth and Ethernet driver disappears and when Restart the PC, everything is normal.
Also, with wireless WiFi, it appears as unavailable and I cannot see the available networks.
I have read reviews of the motherboard in other forums and many people point out this same problem, which they also could not solve.
I don't know what the problem is, whether it's the motherboard or something in Windows, but please I need help.

Can you take/send it back? It shouldn’t be showing any wi-fi problems unless your wi-fi is faulty.

1) is airplane mode on (or wifi disabled via windows)?
2) is there a key that disables the wlan card via device manager?
3) in device manager > what is the value set on this (your wlan card properties window > advanced tab)?

1) no
2) sincerely, I don't know
3) is enabled, but if I disconnect the ethernet, the wifi shows the same, that is not available

1) disable that option and see if it picks up wifi ssid

If that doesn’t work, while connected to lan, uninstall wlan driver from device manager, reboot and let it reinstall its own drivers.

Installed what from edge? Windows will install the drivers without a web browser opening. It should just repopulate in the device manager after rebooting. Post a screenshot

I was installing a program from Microsoft edge and the I heard a windows sound and the the ethernet and Bluetooth drivers just dissappear.
I have found a solution which was to disable the wireless WiFi driver and everything has started to work correctly, I have seen reviews of the board and many people comment on the same problem with WiFi and Bluetooth, if the problem persists I think I will go for the warranty of the product or I don't know what you can recommend me, because I seriously don't know what the problem is.

Set the wifi card to disable when Ethernet is plugged in. Then your Bluetooth will remain active.

How can I do that?
In other hand, I want to know if it will be necessary that I go for the product warranty or I can just leave the motherboard as it is in this moment, because I don't know what can be the problem.

Download DriverStoreExplorer from GitHub.

Preferably in Safe Mode, do the following:
Run as Admin, click Select old Drivers - tick Force Deletion -> Delete.
(You can also check other issues in there, old/failed driver troubleshooting)
Unninstall any other Net/Wifi/BT drivers. Any networking software as well (if any)
Install latest drivers from MSI page.

if it still persists, i would consider other possible issues, like hardware.
Also try in Safe Mode with Networking, see if issue repeats.
