What browser do you use? I use AdBlock uBlock Origin extension for blocking elements in Firefox. You can disable it for chosen pages/websites (like I have for ElevenForum).
For instance, the only thing I see if I have to use Google, is the search box. Everything else has the elements blocked. I am not sure if: A. it is available for other browsers. Or B. If it can block the popup elements, I’d say it would unless each time it generates the popup it has new coding. I can not currently check. I am on my tablet.

I just use the eyedropper but there are other methods next to the eyedropper. Eyedropper is good. You may or may not have to block a few elements in the popup to achieve the outcome, if it is at all achievable for “popups”

The only roadblock might be; is that when you go to choose the eyedroper, clicking on anything else other than the popup may cayuse the popup to close. I wish I were at my computer to test, because I have not thought of doing it either until I seen your post. However, because uBlock is on the toolbar, maybe it wont close the popup

Maybe depends on history and cookie cleaning. Then you have to do it again. I am also sick of Google popups, the constant sign in popup. And if you’re not signed in… expect even more popups. Also, using precise location is annoying when searching and not caring where the results come from. If I were to use precise location, I’d get recommendations in the results that would include all the morons that live on the Gold Coast
