PowerShell starting randomly for a brief second and closes

So PowerShell is starting absolutely randomly for the past few months, while I'm watching Yt, browsing, watching movie or whatever...
It starts, closes and my fans ramp up for a few seconds. If I check Task manager while that's happening I can see PowerShell using 2-3gb of ram and it's first on a list for a few seconds. I reinstalled fresh Win11 to check if it's a virus or something but it keeps happening.
I managed to find corresponding logs in event viewer but I can't read them so I'll attach them here for someone to hopefully help me troubleshoot this.

Thanks in advance!

I see a couple of console window flashes on every Windows 11 machine I build that are related to OneDrive. If you don't use OneDrive, try uninstalling it and see if that gets rid of them.

Going way back, MS started including everything in Windows that they thought anyone, anywhere in the world, could possibly want. Something for everyone.
But for me, just wanting a nice Clean and Fast PC, all that added stuff was just something that had to be gotten RID of. The programs were bad enough, but easy to remove, (just un-install) but not so easy was the "Services".

Thank God, and the Black Viper, for a list of Services that can be either put in Manual Mode or completely Disabled.
Using the info obtained from his web site, I wrote a batch file to disable all the services I don't want or need. I run that batch file as a part of every new Windows Install.

I DON'T have programs or services running in the background that I don't want or need.

Cheers Mates!
