Printer connection problem in optimum 11

I have issue in optimum 11
To connect network shared printer in my optimum 11 os

Printer epson l110 series is connected through cable in my friend john's system(windows 10 pro), which system is connected through LAN cable internet and my system is also connected with same LAN connection.
Printer can't be able to connect in my optimum 11system
Kindly give solid solution
