Printer driver invalid error 0x000007d1

I have the error when trying to print from my PC desktop to my printer. It works just fine from my cell phone. I have a wireless connection. The printer is recognized but the actual printing does not work. I have uninstalled all Epson ET 2800 software, rebooted and started fresh with no luck. I don't see anything on the web that worked for me, updating windows or printing from Edge browser.

I don't have 'PostSPUpgrade' listed. My laptop works with my printer and so does my cell. It's just the desktop PC that has the issue.
Could it be a firewall issue?

Any other ideas how to resolve this issue?

What settings do I need on in Advanced printer sharing? The profile is set up as public. It's a home computer set up with a wifi connection to the printer. It seems that I can't even change the settings to on. What should be on and what would interfere with it being on?
