Printer question

I have an Epson XP-243.
When I used it with Windows 10, I had the option to print 'reverse order' just using the Windows 10 driver.
Now I have Windows 11 I no longer see that option - which for large documents is a pain.

Does anyone have any suggestions

Click to expand drivers and download the drivers for the printer and the scanner directly. You can also download the Epson Product Setup, but I prefer to manually download any driver, just in case.

My Epson (different model) has a setting - bit buried in print dialogue menus

Most likely the OP just let Windows Update find drivers for the printer, rather than installing the official Epson drivers. As you may know, printer drivers from Windows Update usually just make the printer work without any features such as different paper types or print qualities. The official drivers always have more features and give better print quality. The same is true for other devices, so I always prefer the official drivers, if available. Just remember if there are no drivers for Windows 11, download for 10 64-bit or for 8 or 7 or even Vista 64-bit. They all should work in 11, except the Intel graphics drivers which are locked by Intel to work only in Windows 7.

Install the driver from Epson support.

You may need to change that to whatever country/area you need, or select the series if you cannot find the specific model.
