The first thing is that we don't have enough information in order to help you with your problem(s).

Until we have your information, there's not much any of us can do to help you.

1. My Computer needs to be fully filled out. Go to Settings>System>About (Your information looks pretty good, but lacks some fine tuning)
2. Which printer do you have? Again, full information. I have a Brother Laser Printer MFC-L2710 DW and an Epson Workforce Pro 4833. Without that information on my part, no one could intelligently help me with printing problems.

Go to Settings>Bluetooth & Devices>Printers and Scanners and see if your printer is listed. If not, you may need to reinstall the printer using drivers from the manufacturer for it to be seen by Windows 11.

If you're lucky, all that you'll need to do is to go to Settings>Bluetooth & Devices>Printers and Scanners (as stated by Wynona. in post 2). If the printers aren't listed, click on the "Add Device" button at the upper right of the window. Windows may find your networked printers, and install their drivers.

What the others said. I haven't had a problem in adding another computer to my network, my HP LaserJet Pro and HP OfficeJet Pro connected via Ethernet cable to my Router gets picked up for the basics in Win10, Win11 and Linux [both Desktops and Notebooks] but do need the software to get other things working such as the scanning.

If your printer is locally connected (USB cable) or connected directly to your network (LAN cable or connected to WiFi), all you need is to download the latest Windows 10 (if 11 not available) or Windows 7 drivers (if 10 not available) and install it. Follow the on screen instructions to select USB or LAN/WiFi connection. If it is connected on another computer and shared on the network, make sure you set full access rights to all users on the network. Better still, add the "Everyone" on the list, so any user can print. To further simplify things, you could set to access the network without requiring a password from Advanced Sharing settings.

The last case (shared printer), sounds more difficult to configure. If you can connect it directly to the network (LAN cable or WiFi), rather than share it, it will be far easier to connect to any computer. Just connect the LAN cable or connect it to WiFi. To Connect to WiFi you can either fiddle with the printer buttons and tiny screen, so even better start the Setup program and select to convert it from USB to WiFi (in other software you select to connect to WiFi for the first time).
