problems with video

Hi,
i sudently got problems with video in my windows
youtube play and stop
other videos have the same problems

i've desinstall graphics and install but the isue remains

windows 11 pro

I don't have a solution but the first step is to determine if the problem is with online/streaming videos like YouTube or if the videos are on the computer or if being played from a DVD.

How’s your internet connection? Is it any different noticeably when browsing the web, or if you have done a speed test in the past, do one now and see if it is slower.

Yes, I think more detail needs to be provided here. Maybe they mean other internet videos, or perhaps as you say local videos etc..

You really need to provide a lot more details e.g. pc, cpu, RAM, hard drive, storage used, graphics/RAM, current OS build etc.

1. the image plays and stop continuously
2. it happens with other videos
3. my internet is good

error

here is the error in youtube

videos in mp4 mov it plays good.
youtube
tiktok etc it doesnt play correctly

This is just my guess but If all videos you had problems with were from the internet I'm going to say that it was a temporary problem with your internet. I would say from the site you were accessing the videos from if you hadn't said other videos.
