Realtek Ethernet Driver Question

If i wanted to update my Windows 11 Ethernet driver, should i use the one on Realteks site for WIndows 11 (Win11 Auto Installation Program (NetAdapterCx)) or stick with the Windows 10 Driver in that matter?

Adapter on Motherboard is Realtek GIGABYTE 8118 Gaming LAN

No network card manufacturer is Realtek not Gigabytes.

Ok Installed Realtek Windows 11 one, netadapter cx ((not sure what that meant) but appears to have installed fine, and all appears to be working fine.

So think all good here hopefully
