Haven't ever made custom ISOs so I can't help you with that. I can upload the custom msstyles if you want them. Once v3 (soon-ish) is out it will be a simple installer where you just click next-next-next and you're done.

Rectify includes MicaForEveryone, so you don't have to install it separately, though you can because it will probably be a newer version. There are 2 main problems with v3 release preview currently, it may break your Windows Update, and if you have Windows Defender enabled it may brick your whole system, so disable it if you plan to install it. They plan to fix both of those in the final v3 release.
As for Mica, you need to go to the settings and configure where it applies. I use the Global Rule and turn everything on, see post #75. Also don't forget to run it as administrator so that it works everywhere (device manager, Winaero tweaker, etc...).
