This tutorial will show you how to refresh Copilot to start a new conversation in Windows 11, Windows 10, Microsoft Edge, and on the web.

You can refresh Copilot on demand to reload Copilot and start over with a new conversation.

1 Open the Copilot app on Windows 10 and Windows 11.
2 Click/tap on the Open (+) button on the bottom toolbar. (see screenshot below)
3 Click/tap on the Start new chat.
1 Open Microsoft Edge.
2 While you have Copilot open in Microsoft Edge, click/tap on the Refresh button in the Copilot pane. (see screenshot below)
1 Open Copilot on the Web in any browser.
2 Click/tap on the Open (+) button on the bottom toolbar. (see screenshot below)
3 Click/tap on the Start new chat.
