Remote Boot using Remote Desktop requires prompt after an Improper shutdown

Windows 11
I would like to Boot my Windows 11, MS-01 PC remotely and I have got it working, except for one problem. Sometimes it boots and needs a keyboard intervention before I can employ Remote Desktop. (which I can't do remotely).
This can happen when the PC is not shut down properly. Or even if a Wake on Lan is employed, even when it has been shut down properly.

So what I did was change the BIOS, so that the PC will Boot when power is applied and I plugged the PC's power cord into an Internet Switch. (And this is working). And as long as the PC is Shutdown Properly, it will boot so that RDP can be employed. I have studied this problem, and it says to make sure that 'Fast Start' is not enabled. But, I don't even show the option of 'Fast Start'. Anyone know how to ensure that the PC boots all the way up, without needing a keyboard or mouse intervention?

This is my first post on this forum and would have posted my version number, but I am away for the winter from the PC. (Hence my question).

Welcome to the forum.

As far as fast startup, Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 11

If disabling fast startup doesn't help, Not ideal but as a workaround, you can try activating
passwordless sign in on the remote device which bypassess the signin screen when the device boots up. But that won't help if the remote device is stuck on an improper shutdown screen.
Enable or Disable Automatically Sign in Account at Startup in Windows 11

I plugged the PC's power cord into an Internet Switch. (And this is working).
Maybe I am dense but I do not understand what you mean by this. Are you referring to a surge protector or wall tap?

It's a Electrical Plug that is connected to my Network at home. I can turn the switch off and on, anywhere in the world from a
Phone App that is supplied with the plug. I use one also to turn off and on my heat tape on my roof, which is expensive to run.
Just like this and works great! -- Wyze Plug

Thanks for your reply. I briefly looked at your links and will study them further today.
