I remote into about 25 little old ladies and gents systems to fix their problems and answer their questions. Sometimes these sessions go into hours and most times I do not charge for my efforts. My current subscription for my remote software is up soon so I need to decide if I want to keep it. It's only $10 a month, but $120 a year is $120.
For years I used Teamviewer until it got so expensive I couldn't afford it. I tried Aero Admin which worked (kind of) but was clunky for me. I found Anydesk and like it a lot. It's as dependable as Teamviewer and a heck of a lot cheaper. My question is, can any of you suggest any good remote desktop software that might fit my needs better than Anydesk.
