Remove linked devices

Hello,
Is there any way to remove one of these linked devices? The same machine is listed twice, but the website only shows one instance. The only difference I can see is the OS Build

Can you expand one of the two?
It will give you the option to remove and take you to the external MS website.

As I said, I can only see the current device on the website, so I can't remove something that doesn't appear there. Anyway, when I click "Remove device" in the settings page

OK, I shut down my PC, used my phone to log in to my Microsoft account, deleted all devices, removed all Microsoft Store devices, and cleared all data. Then I started my PC and did a clean install of Windows 11. After installation, two devices appeared again on my PC, but the Microsoft site still shows only one. This is very strange.

Not sure what the "rules" are for connected devices with Microsoft accounts, but with Google (Gmail), after devices are disconnected from an account, it still takes 30 days of device <> account inactivity before Google will remove the device
