I have just learned this trick and wanted to share it with Elevenforum members. If this was posted before, please excuse me.
You can easily remove some of the Microsoft Store Default App packages from a Windows 11 installation. This trick applies only for builds labeled 25H2.
Start Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc) with admin privileges and go to:
Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> App Package Deployment
On the right pane, you will see Remove Default Microsoft Store packages from the system
Select it and you will see a new window open. There will be Store Apps with checkboxes on the left. Select whichever apps you wish to remove and then click Enable radio button.

That's it.
