Solved Rescue media drive error?

Hi,

I am getting an error, which am posting while creating a recue media on a USB drive.

On the other drive it is created fine.

Hoping to hear how to fix the error drive.

On the flash drive that will not work is it formatted as FAT32?

Each of the Flash Drives i have tried, it gives an error, or won't create on the Drive. PC is Uefi, Windows 10 Pro 1909 x64, Windows 10 Clean installed on 12/25/2019 on newer SSD drive. Tried to create the usb flash drive then, but wouldn't create. Thankf

Should I replace using Rufus?

Am trying to convert @Bree , method using command prompt, not working...….

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

diskpart
lis dis
sel dis 1
det dis
lis par

(if disk 1 is the applicable disk then continue)

clean
convert mbr
exit

Disk 1 is now the selected disk.

DISKPART> clean

DiskPart succeeded in cleaning the disk.

DiskPart successfully converted the selected disk to MBR format.

But In explorer cannot see it's size, change File system, allocation....any ideas why?
