Solved Restart does not work in w11

I have a dell 7060 optiplex sff with a 1 tb nvme ssd with W 11 pro installed that I just got.
When I press restart the computer restarts but does not restart acer v193w or onn 215 monitor. Must use shut down to get monitors to display.
Both monitors work fine on another computer with W 11.
I have tried the things that are recommended to fix restart on this computer but nothing works.
A sceptre tv monitor set to pc restarts every time.
Any advice is appreciated.

Problem was a HDMI to VGA adapter. Replaced adapter with another one and restart works fine now.
