RightClick taskbar only shows Taskbar Settings and Task Manager

I have the latest version of Windows Home 11 22H2, which I installed yesterday on this new desktop. When I right click the Taskbar, it only shows Taskbar Settings and Task Manager. Fortunately, it seems to be in the unlocked position, but I would really like to use some of the normal options, like "Toolbars". I also cannot change the height of the bar.
Any help would be appreciated.

I went through the list of Tweaks you had attached--saved me from having to look up Scrollbar width.

I looked online, but could not find any way to adjust the height of the taskbar--do you know of one? I did see an entry "TaskbarSizeMove" in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced , and tried different values for it and also closed and opened Explorer, but it seemed to have no effect.

I had used ExplorerPatcher to enable Quicklaunch. I wonder if that is still possible. Guess I should do a System Restore before doing so!

Ok... Taskbar height is a bit difficult... here's the tutorial for Taskbar height, but it needs some outside assistance to work.
Do this tweak first... then do the other tweak below to "allow" this tweak to work.

I don't use Explorer Patcher.
And Vivetool is portable (no install required).

I do use Winaero Tweaker. It just has check boxes to turn things on an off in the registry.

Hi @Ghot. I just ran Parts A and B (Reg change and Vivetool), but, unfortunately, got this message:

and the taskbar and icons stayed the same.

I dunno.
Maybe it's because it's a Lenovo, or maybe it's because you didn't put it on the Windows drive?
I did just like in the instructions... I created a folder on the C: drive (Windows drive), called zVive, and put the vivetool files in there.

That worked for me. I don't know what other possibilities may or may not work.
I also don't know if it will work on a prebuilt comp like a Lenovo.

I just tried it on the C: drive, and same message. I knew I should have bought a Dell!!!

Keep in mind, you have to do TWO things.
You have to do Part B (the vivetool steps), and you have to do the registry change as well.
Then you have to reboot the computer also.

In the registry... for taskbar size...
0=small
1=medium
2=large

I have mine set to 0 (zero) which is for small Taskbar...

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\TaskbarSi

If you don't have TaskbarSi in the right side of your registry, you need to create it.
Right click the right side and choose: New > DWORD (32 bit) Value
Name it TaskbarSi
Then set it to 0 or 1 or 2
Remember to reboot after the vivetool tweak and after setting the registry value.

I don't know then. It worked for me.
But I also built my comp myself, so it only has the software that I put on it.
Maybe there's something in a Lenovo computer that's affecting it, or maybe some other tweak program is affecting it.

idy mistake was that I downloaded the AMD zip file, instead of the Intel one!
The correct version did reduce the height of the icon bar as well as the icon size. Unfortunately, I had hoped that it would also change the icon spacing in the taskbar, and it didn't. So, there is still this huge amount of wasted space when you pin icons (as you cannot use QuickLaunch, which did a great job of squishing the icons together)!

The icon spacing is a problem.
It's to make things easier for touch screen folks. :/
