Sad to hear about the passing of Dilbert creator Scott Adams. RIP Scott.
Dilbert is legendary genius.
My absolute favourite Dilbert cartoon quote which is so devastingly true:
1 - Never argue with idiots
2 - They drag you down to their level.
3 - Then they beat you with experience.
I have lost count of many times I have fallen foul of this when arguing with council jobsworths, front line tech support and (increasingly) AI/bots, and of course Dave/Karen (we all know a Dave or Karen) down the pub etc.
