Rotating Wallpapers from a URL folder?

Doesn't seem like it can be achieved natively. Is there a way to insert an URL that has many wallpapers with positive affirmations and is updated in line with the URL itself?

Trying to achieve the same effect as Momentum does on Chrome.

No, but you can download the wallpapers you like to a folder and then create a slide show of the pictures in thar folder.

Windows XP has that ability.
Windows 10 and 11 If you open spotlight, your lock screen background will rotating (microsoft) but you cannot change the url.
For wallpapers I do not know any settings.

You can also go to settings personalization > themes download all the new themes you want set them to change as often as you want
