I don't have much experience, but these are the privacy rules of Samsung Browsers for the Countries where General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is in effect across the European Union:

Look what they still are collecting, although restricted by GPDR rules.
On behalve of that I even don't want to test the browser.
On my Android tablet I am not using Samsung browser at all, just because of privacy.

According to that list Turkey is a non-GPDR European country.

I think that Samsung will be much less privacy- friendly at non-GPDR countries, but did not check it.

I could imagine other Chromium based Browsers like Brave or Vivaldi will be much less privacy-intruding.

That's why I use the DuckDuckGo browser on my Samsung Android. No telemertry and has a builtin VPN.

I don't know specifically for Samsung browser, but my experience with Android tells me the OEM browser is usually limited compared to Google Chrome, so I avoid using the OEM browser. Probably Samsung browser is better than others because Samsung is considered top of the Android brands. Haven't used it, cannot judge.
