It supports Glide, nGlide, D3D 7, OpenGL and is for 32 bit. Windows 11 is 64 bit.
What modification do I need to make to run it?

Yes, I bought it right here last night. On GOG.com

But unfortunately it won't start. Running GL version and Windows 11 get a bit stuck, have to restart.

I'd get Screamer 4x4 and figure it out, but I already know I don't "like" the game.
I think if you just play around with it, you'll get it running.
On GOG, in the reviews, about 50% of the folks got it working.
:(

Yeah, I thought so too. But they just weren't as "fun" as 4x4 Evo.

I do miss the website Vales.com. They had 3500 custom tracks, and 7000+ custom vehicles.
But back in 2016 the guy that ran the site died.
Over the years, they had put all those tracks and vehicles on CDs, so they should still be out there somewhere.

There are a couple sites trying to bring that game back.
That's where I found the patch, that allows it to run on Win 10 and Win 11.
It took care of the memory issues and the modern graphics improvements.
