Hello.
I have a Nitro 5 laptop with windows 11. I connected my laptop (USB-C) to the monitor (HDMI) via an USB-C-HDMI cable. The monitor is not detected. My graphics drivers are up to date. Has anybody had the same problem and was able to solve it?

Thanks in advance
Hanna

There's more than a couple models/sizes of the Nitro 5 and there's not enough in your My Computer about which you have. A couple I saw on Acer's site didn't mention USB-C but do show Thunderbolt which could be an issue but don't rule out the possibility the adapter is faulty.

Thanks for your reply. The adapter works. I tested the adapter cable with a Mac laptop and the same monitor.
I have a Nitro AN515-55, which has a USB-C port. Any idea what else I could do?

Your USB-C port may not support video. Not all do. I would try a standard HDMI cable plugged into the HDMI port on the laptop.

Thanks. Yes, I think that's the reason. The port does not support a video signal. My laptop has a USB-C / USB SS. That's lame.

I connected the laptop via a HDMI-to-DP cable. The monitor still does not receive a signal. Does anyone know what the issue may be?
my laptop: nitro AN515-55, windows 11
monitor: HP Z27

Thank you in advance
