Services running after installation

Hi,
What services/applications/functionalities does windows 11 have active "out-of-the-box", I am interested in disabling them:
Maps - one click/setting removes it ? Permanent solution or dos it reappear?
Windows Store - one click/setting removes it ? Permanent solution or dos it reappear?
Curtana - one click/setting removes it ? Permanent solution or dos it reappear?
Windows Defender - one click/setting removes it ? Permanent solution or dos it reappear?
Windows Updates always ask or transfer stuff in the background without any notification ?
Windows Device drivers - always ask or in background without user awareness ?
Edge browser - remove and never appears again?
Cloud search / windows search / drive index - one click disables them forever ?
Windows user experience - disable once and never reappear ?

and so on.. please reply very factual and objectively to the above "addware" , thank you

1) Defender.. my understanding is that you can't remove it but you can disable it. In addition a third party AV will disable defender permanently

You can disable Cortana in Win 10 and Win 11.

Do not install Windows 11, ever, it is not for you. Keep Windows 10 and eventually phase out to Linux.

There are third party methods that you can use to remove these other features, but we really haven't covered them yet (if we even will in the future) as we're still not dealing with a final product, and any work around now may be broken in 3 weeks.

But there are definitely methods out there to remove a lot more (non-removable) stuff that comes pre-installed with Windows 11.
