Solved Settings managed by the organization

i don't know what's going on anymore with these issue, nothing on the internet has been able to solve this problem. My PC is not an organization, I am the only user on it. I've tried resetting the group and local policy, reinstalling windows 11, and all else. even contacting microsoft who couldn't fix it. even after reinstalling windows 11 and doing nothing else doesn't fix this issue! and all those videos and articles when searchign google for this issue and thread title do nothing. so what's going on, is updates just not going to be available anymore now? i don't know what to do anymore and there's no help for this anywhere.

Brink—I cannot put into words how much this here fixed the issue I've been having for two years now.
Yes, this fixed it. Not only did it fix it, but I can also turn back on Get updates as soon as they're available option.
Thank you so much, truly.

Now with Windows Update settles. There are two other that still show it. Diagnostic and Feedback and Edge.

UPDATE: I fixed those last remains.
