Settings window disappears when I go into the Power tab - Help!

Hi guys!! When I try to go into settings > system > power, the window disappears. How can I fix this?

You should reset the Settings app if it crashes too often or refuses to open, or if some functions in the app don’t work.

Open the command prompt as an admin and execute the below command.
