Shared printer cannot be accessed across network

Hello there,
I have problem came up this morning after installing update 22H2, client computer on the network cannot access the printer while accessing shared folder is okay. I tried numerous steps but nothing can solve this problem. Please advice.

If the printer is connected to one computer and shared then take a look at

Or is the printer connected like both of mine, Ethernet cable to the Router and accessible from any Wired or Wireless computer that has the drivers for them installed? One advantage is no particular computer has to be running. With the HP printers that choice of connection is made during setup.

Epson L120 Printer attached to Windows 11 Home Single that acted as mini server for file and print sharing only. I tried as you told me, but still the printer cannot be accessed across network. I tried to uninstall the updates too, still doesn't solve the problem.
