Looks like the width of the 'Size' column has been dragged to become wide and the size characters are off-screen to the right. Maybe your screen-shot didn't go far enough to capture the off-screen text? See photos: -

Ignore the above. I see that you said that files are okay and it is folders that are the problem. Sorry.

There is a solution to know the size of the folders, from the contextual menu of the file explorer and return a graph
