Up until a day or so ago, Shft-Win-S brought up the Snipping Tool and activated it, so I could grab a section of the screen and have a snapshot of it saved to the clipboard.
Now, when I click Shft-Win-S, I got a busy cursor for a second or so, and that's it. No indication of it being ready for me to select an area, nothing.
If I manually open the app, and click the New button, the app window disappears, I get a busy cursor for a second, and then nothing. I can see the app on the taskbar (presumably minimised), and if I click it, I just get the window back up.
I tried repairing and resetting the app, but didn't help.
Anyone any ideas? Thanks
