Why does this command not work in PS?



This command works in Command Prompt AND PS

net user riley /time:Su-Th,08:00-22:00

When you copy a CMD line with special characters, PS likes to expand them before executing your command.

Surround the funky part with single quotes.

Code:

PS C:\Users\mross> net user riley '/time:Su-Th,08:00-22:00;F-Sa,08:00-23:00'
