I have strange issue, that sometimes e.g. when i start video playback, or alt+tabbing into games. There would be sound loop for a second like when you get BSOD (which can signify that CPU can be faulty), it is annoying as hell! I did repair update and sfc/dism not long time ago and reinstalled my audio drivers with DDU. It started happening to me recently no idea why! Never had this issue before! Also did intel cpu test and memtest not long time ago, it was fine and otherwise, i had bluescreen issue recently: Reccurring BSOD on bootup - Ntoskrnl.exe, bugcheck code: 0xc000021a but it didn't happen 17 days now! I don't know what i did, besides reinstalling GPU drivers and repair update i think... Still not sure what it was...

Could be windows update or something, i have all the time random issues like this, even i am not doing anything strange on my system...

If you are gaming, check the temps on your graphics card. My old one would cause sound loops and blue screens regularly because of overheating. The fans were not turning fast enough to cool the card. (This is a problem with older Radeon cards, you have to set the fan curves manually) I don't have the problem with my new 3070 ti, but I would expect better performance from Nvidia, frankly.

I have 3fans no overheating, it does happen at random e.g. in windows when i start media playback, so strange! Only for a second and then it is gone! Gotta love computers, these issues are so random. One time Windows 10 update deleted Windows folder no joke! I don't understand how can anyone even work, all the time random issues... I try to ignore them unless they are really annoying...

I checked HWINFO again all temps fine cpu like 59, gpu 50, voltages fine, no thermal throttling overheating, i even checked ram and cpu (memtest, intell diagnostic tool) and i have new ram, it is super weird! Might be something in OS, as i had BSOD recently... I will try repair update again...

LOL wtf i found my motherboard were putting 1.357v to the CPU, while these programs are not 100% accurate still. On default setting: I don't think i saw even over 1.3v before... I have no OC, default bios settings... Pretty strange, i was overclocking CPU before tho under 1.35v, but was experimenting briefly with high LLC... I wanted to play Resident Evil 4, but that game is pretty poorly optimized and i was desperate... It is possible my CPU was damaged, it is strange it didn't have issues months from that point... Now voltage is like 1.243v max, but still having freezes in-games etc. sometimes, tho it could be a game in question it is buggy, and will have to see if sound loops reoccur!

Maybe it was windows, as i reinstalled and it wasn't happening, then i restored from backup and it is again. Even my CPU was grossly overvolted, i had no problems on fresh install... Locking this thread for now... I forget XPM also overclocks CPU, but strange is i had set this before and CPU settings to auto as well, and it didn't overclock CPU, now it was also on auto, maybe if you enable XPM even it is on auto it still applies on overclock, i have enabled XPM since forever so i might forgot, if it does that, that would explain overvolt perhaps.. As even 4600mhz wasn't 100% stable on 1.35v even i could play on it in prime, but that is extremely heavy benchmark, so dunno... Got most crappy CPU ever...
