Stop getting "Suggested" and "Quick Searches"

I have Puget PC with latest version of W11 (as of 7/5/22).
I've turned off all the settings in Settings, have made all the registry settings suggested on the web (both manually and with macros provided on this site) and still get "Suggested" and "Quick searches" which I would like to block. I assume there is a fix for this that I have missed. Hope someone can help.

Thanks but that is one of the solutions I have already tried. To be sure, I re-ran the macro again and restarted my computer. No change.

Just to be clear: The photo above and my issue is with Magnifying Glass/Search program. I changed the W11 "Start" to W10 and only see the programs I placed in the Start Menu. Before I switched W11 Start to W10 all this garbage was in the Start menu as well.
