Solved Strange Windows update this morning!

This appeared when Windows update ran just now
'Windows 11, version 25H2'

I'm already running 25H2. It just appeared in the update list and did a quick install, no restart.

I didn't have it, maybe because my 25H2 was installed as a repair update. I wasn't able to install 25H2 the normal way during those hard times for updates. Anyway, the regular monthly update is expected tomorrow, I hope for the best.

Update: fixed. I know what the issue was.

I set up a local Admin account, the first time I used it I didn't select to include Optional data in the telemetry.
As I run Release Preview it got confused as it showed I wasn't in the insider program.
Selecting the optional telemetry again fixed that and it didn't try downloading anything this time
