I stream audio from YouTube Music and have noticed a difference in volume on some tracks. My system doesn't seem to support any of the options for volume leveling that I have found online. I have Logitech speakers installed. Are there any options I have missed?

Welcome to the Forum.

I can't help directly, but it was one reason I switched from YTM to Spotify for music streaming, they have a "Normalize volume" function which can set the same volume level for all songs and podcasts.

there is no native way to normalize all audio on youtube on a web browser, but you can use this extension to do so:
Volume Master

if you want to normalize Windows' sounds (equal them all, roughly), you can do so by:

Settings > System > Sound > More Sound Options > Playback tab, find default audio device > Right-click > Properties > Enhancements > Enable Loudness Equalization > Apply > OK
