Stupid Desktop Icon Font 3-d Color after converting my tablet from Win 10 to Win 11

I've looked everywhere I could think of including tutorials but found no way to make my desktop icon fonts be flat black rather than that annoying white/black 3-d color. My desktop is a flat color Can anybody suggest something I would really appreciate it.
