OK, I completed all tests and I am attaching the results. Next is the chkdsk command. I will post again after it.

PS: I selected all the files, right-clicked and selected WinRAR->Add to RAR and the file was 10MB while all the pictures are 2.5MB. Doing the same with WinZIP got a file 1.6MB Why did this happen? Weird!

There is something wrong with either the 4TB disk or the SATA cable or the port. I connected an external 5TB USB disk and used Macrium Reflect to clone the 4TB disk to 5TB USB. The computer froze at some point, don't know which. I had the monitor switched off. When I switched it on again to see the progress I saw a black screen. I pressed some keys on the keyboard but didn't respond. I also tried toggling Num lock, the LED remained on indicating the computer was not responsive. I then copied all data from File Explorer with the good old copy-paste method. I was copying without issues through night and it only said it couldn't copy a certain file at the end. I skipped this file and the copy completed successfully. I copy here the output of the chkdsk command. I will run chkdsk on the rest disks later.

Is a file from a game I already have a backup for, so no big deal.

I noticed Seatools have a fix option. Should I run it to fix any errors in 4TB disk, or it may cause more damage?

Also, is it safe to run the chkdsk command with the full surface scan on my SSD?

It's very rare to see a thread with a successful Sea Tools HD disk drive repair.

There has never been sufficient numbers and almost always there were no long term results.

On very rare occasions chkdsk switches can cause additional drive corruption.

Chkdsk switches can run on problematic HDs or SSDs once you've tested them and / or backed up data.

(For example running Gsmart, Sea Tools, HD Tune, etc. before the deeper chkdsk switches.

It's best to replace the drive.

If files are backed up drives can be used until the terminal event.

Before the terminal event there can be:

hangs
freezes
unexpected shutdowns and restarts
data loss
etc.

So you suggest that the I: drive (4TB disk) is faulty... I hope it is still under Warranty. I have backup all data, so I can disconnect it and return it for a replacement. Meanwhile I took screenshots from Hard Disk Sentinel which I attach. Thanks.

EDIT: Murphy's Law, this disk was purchased in 2018 and according to WD site the Warranty expired in 2021. It looks like I have to buy a new disk... :ffs:

I saw it, TRIM is enabled for my SSD. All good. I have already ordered a new 6TB HDD to replace the 4TB. An 8TB disk is still too expensive, but I think I made a good compromise replacing a 4TB disk for a 6TB one
