Hello. I'm working on releasing a collection of images and I was wondering if properly tagging .PNGs was possible. While trying to figure this out, I've added ;System. Keywords to the ends of FullDetails, InfoTip, and PreviewDetails' Data columns using O&O RegEditor (64bit).
As you can see, the .PNG has tags. Searching for tags:test also worked.
The problem is that if someone downloads the .PNG after I share it with them, the tags disappear. This can also be observed by putting the .PNG into an EXIF data viewer. The .JPG file keeps the tags but the .PNG doesn't.
Are there any alternatives or solutions? The ideal solution would make the .PNGs able to have multiple tags that don't get removed for whoever downloads them. Cheers.
