Trying to use Task Scheduler, how may I set a task to run at three specific times every day, that is at 08:00, 18:00 and 22:00? Would I have to create three separate tasks? I don't want the task to run after 22:00.

Another question is the "Configure for" options given in the General tab of the Create Task menu. Which one should I choose, given that I run Windows 11?

EDIT: Changed the scheduled runs part.

Create one task and then set three triggers for it. This is done on the Triggers tab - every time you click New... an additional trigger can be set up..

Just leave the 'Configure for' entry as it is.
