taskbar tab width problem

In Windows 10 each tab on taskbar has same width, since migrating to Windows 11 they now have different width pending on name of the app/software and are constantly changing, that's very problematic and I like to have them the same as in Windows 10 before. I already checked through taskbar options and found nothing to fix that, any suggestion on something I missed?

With no labels taskbar icons are evenly spaced. I don't remember when removing labels became an option but that's how long I haven't used them. If one has a problem recognizing icons, hovering pointer over the icon tells you what it is.

If you're on Win11 23H2 or earlier, you can enable the Win10 taskbar via registry.

See the screenshot of Taskbar Settings in port #2. Try setting the last option (Show smaller taskbar buttons when taskbar full) to never. You can also install Explorer Patcher and set taskbar to "Windows 10" or "Windows 10 (Explorer Patcher)" style. The latter is a compatibility style when using other customizations apps like Open Shell.
