Hi folks
Ms obviously likes to obfuscate its stuff as much as possible -- Firefox won't support teams so if you don't use firefox you have to use the app and the callender in some versions doesn't give any clear options to JOIN a meeting.
On Linux it's also complicated -- you can use firefox to launch the desktop app but you need to ensure the last line in one of the config files reads as follows : (/usr/bin/teams)
nohup "$TEAMS_PATH" "$@" --disable-namespace-sandbox --disable-setuid-sandbox > "$TEAMS_LOGS/teams-startup.log" 2>&1 &
then in the top line of the application search area enter /join and the meeting code or link
Why can't Ms simply have in all these products a simple "Join Meeting" button -- Most people willl be invited to meetings rather than arranging them !!! and not everybody is using Windows a lot of the time and certainly not the Edge browser.
Cheers
