Hi All,
I realise that the Task bar has effectiveness (being able to manually resize the task bar as in windows 10) has been removed. This is not what I expected from a so called updated windows product.
It apperas to me that they (redmond) decise in their wisdom to remove the effectiveness of being able to resize the Task Bar so we can get two layers of icons.
Being told that I can increase the size of those task bar icons does not solve the problem, it just makes them bigger, thats ok if your short sighted etc.
If the forum moniters these comments, is there away of getting the Microsft creators to reinstate this very handy way of resizing the Task Bar.
I could go on waffling but must keep it brief.

Hope this get to those that can change windows for the better.

Hi All,
I realise that the Task bar has effectiveness (being able to manually resize the task bar as in windows 10) has been removed. This is not what I expected from a so called updated windows product.
Well, an updated product doesn't necessarily mean that it will support every single feature and functionality of the previous version and then even more. An updated product is just a changed product and like it or not, some things come and some things go.
If the forum moniters these comments, is there away of getting the Microsft creators to reinstate this very handy way of resizing the Task Bar.
I could go on waffling but must keep it brief.
As the previous reply stated, the feedback hub is the best option. Or contacting Microsoft directly. If you aren't aware, we are just an enthusiast forum and have no direct tie to Microsoft.

Personally, I don't give a rat's tail, but I did look in the Winaero Tweaker and it talks about restoring the Classic Task Bar, but does not provide a direct path.

It was kind of helpful to be able to move the taskbar to the side of the desktop sometimes, but strange as it may seem, I really don't miss that option. I haven't needed that, since installing Windows 11.

Sorry, I wish I could be of more help.

Cheers Mate,
TM
