There seems to be a bug in Windows Explorer

It has nothing to do with your F partition, or any other partition. You couldn’t click it because something else was stealing the forefront focus. No clue what other process it was, but it not correctly focusing when clicked to activate and the becoming non-responsive when attempting to rename the .iso both point to something interfering with File Explorer (possibly an extension installed by a program, as mentioned by @dalchina ).

Run this to launch old File Explorer and see if it becomes non responsive when attempting to rename the same .iso file.

Code:
explorer shell:::{26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683}\5\::{374DE290-123F-4565-9164-39C4925E467B}
Thanks. I already renamed the iso file easily after the first freezing and restarting the Windows Explorer. I cannot reproduce the freezing of Windows Explorer. Sometimes Windows Explorer does not obey my command.

First thing I did now was, close the "what is called Details pane". Previously it was closed or there was no Details pane or I did not notice. I haven't had freezing of Windows Explorer or renaming issue.

Now I will observe if my two issues continue to happen from time to time.

Thanks for the ideas.
