For making backups once per month. (I've heard something about Enterprise SAS Drives not working on a regular SATA interface. So things are not as simple as I'd think.)

The first image shows a USB-C plug for the computer and the SATA ports for the HDD or SSD drive, should work.

Franky, I would buy a usb enclosure rather than one of these devices aa it hold the usb drive more formly in place. It is too easy to partially disconnect drive from device whilst it is in use.

Actually I do the same, favored brands are Sabrent and StarTech. Last one I got is clear plastic with slide-apart case, no tools required.
