Solved Thunderbird v115 sometimes opens at account page

Instead of showing the 'Inbox' page TB will sometimes open at the 'Account' page. See photo. It is a random thing so not a big deal but is anyone else seeing this behaviour? Perhaps happens two times per week? Is it a bug?
Update: - It has happened twice this morning. TB was at the 'Inbox' page when closing TB the first time but opened at the 'Account' page when reopened 30 minutes later.

I have not encountered this problem, but I use this great extension to always "open with inbox".

Start with Inbox

Selects the latest message in the Inbox after start of Thunderbird.

You have to click view other versions and download version 3.0.3. There are 3 different settings you can use. I use open with the lastest message. It also works fine on TBird 118 beta.

I use the Start with Inbox extension, too, but I occasionally get that behavior you're seeing, wiganken. It's a known bug, but it's so harmless and so irreproducible that I'm sure the devs have a lot bigger fish to fry before they get around to that minnow.

Wiganken, do try that add-on. I think that since I installed it in 115, I've had fewer of those open-in-account-window incidents.

Unfortunately, SWInbox doesn't work on any of the later editions of TBird. I'm running 118.0bx alongside 115, and SWI is not available for that edition.

Wizewiz, SWI does indeed work with 118 beta as I am using it rght now with 118b4. Go to the other versions page and use 3.0.3. It is right here:

Yep. I misspoke. I'm running 118.0b4, and have SWI in it, and it seems to work. I don't think I'm having the occasional open-in-account problem @wiganken reported in my 118, but that could be either because SWI is working OR because the devs have change the code (or maybe both).

Thank you guys. I have installed the Add-on 'Start with Inbox' v3.0.3 so I'll see how I get on. I won't call it 'Solved' yet.

Observation: I only started seeing this behaviour on TB v115. It never happened with previous versions (as far as I can remember) but the bug must have been around for some while for someone to go to the trouble of writing the Add-on. It is a weird one for sure.

That was Friday; this is Sunday. Please tell us what has happened. Have you had any more instances of Thunderbird opening to the Account page since you installed the Start with Inbox add-on?
