Some reason cannot get Teams chat to work, not listed in Add/Remove to Uninstall, Just says Something went wrong, Please try again.

Any advice appreciated in this matter?

Does same on Admin Account and User account

Clean Install of Windows 11

Did Run Uncle Carey's Optimize tool ((Carey Holzmans tool))
Moved User Folders to Storage Drive (not sure if that matters or not)

**Willing to Do another Clean install if i must** and it's recommended to, MS Teams not even listed in Add/Remove programs--even checked with Revo Uninstaller

Welcome any advice in this matter
