Trivial Question about Disk Management Graphical view Scrolling with Mouse/Trackball

I've always wondered why any mouse or trackball's scroll-wheel will not scroll the the top or bottom panels set to Graphical View in the Disk Management app. When the top or bottom panel view is set to 'Disk list' or 'Volume list' the mouse scroll wheel will respond, but when either panel is set to the Graphical view the mouse scroll wheel will not scroll that panel's window. This has been the same in all versions to date of any version of Windows incorporating the Disk Management app. I would think that someone at MS would have discovered this by now after all these years and would have fixed this.

Windows Build/Version
Windows 11 Pro build 22621.963 (prob occurs in all builds to date, though)

Maximize the window, then, chances are you won't have to scroll.

I think it's a VERITAS design flaw in the Console!

I'm just amazed that no one has ever noticed this basic GUI problem before and that the flaw in window panel navigation in the Disk Management app in Windows has existed for over two decades without correction.

It's been that way through several Versions of Windows but I'm not OCD enough to worry about. I think that because 2 different panels are in use the Focus doesn't work the same as in other features. The top panel does allow scrolling if the separator bar between the two panels is click-dragged up to hide part of the list.

Yeah, I don't really care but was a bit surprised it never got changed.
Once though, I thought I missed some disks because I rolled the mouse wheel and nothing more than the first two came up.
As I always look directly to the graphical part.

Ciao, Han
