Troubleshooting HP 855 Elitebook G8 Error: No Valid Manifest Found

TL;DR HP 855 Elitebook G8 is displaying the error message "There was an error finding any valid manifest".
Troubleshooting: Windows is reinstalled with all drivers via a USB drive via HP Sure as recommended, but the problem is still not resolved.

Question: How can this problem be resolved on my own?

I have a issue with the HP 855 Elitebook G8. i'm receiving the error message "There was an error finding any valid manifest".

I tried to resolve the issue of the HP 855 Elitebook G8 displaying the error message "There was an error finding any valid manifest" by reinstalling Windows with all drivers via a USB drive using HP Cloud Recovery, but this has not helped. You have also tried to restore the Windows installation using the HP Cloud Recovery tool and a local USB installation, but this has also been unsuccessful.

However, i have confirmed that the hardware works fine with both Windows 11 Pro and Ubuntu

If the computer loses power or restarts, during an upload or download, while the computer is in the Pre-Boot environment (network BIOS update, HP Sure Recover, Remote Diagnostics), an error message is displayed.

HP 850 is listed but not HP 855 but one can assume it still applies.
I would also double-check that the BIOS is up-to-date.

I installed Windows via USB in accordance with the instructions. The error of 'cant find any manifest ' still applies. Installation on new SSD. Who on this forum has the solution ?

Is it artifact? Are you sure? You posted manifest above.
